Step 2: Notice of Intent
Complete your NOI
Once you have enrolled in our online course, we will walk you through the process of filling out the Notice of Intent (NOI). In order to keep track with our course pace, please have the following ready:
- Your DEA Number
- Your State Medical License Number
Step 3
Your NOI will Auto-populate
After you’ve completed Steps 1-2 above, your application will be pending through SAMHSA. Once received and approved, you will receive your waiver within 45 days from submission.
